Be You All The Time

Live an Authentic Life

Online Counseling for LGBTQIA+ Adult Individuals in Washington State

All consuming…

Life is already complicated.

With gender or sexuality on your mind, things might be overwhelming.

Appearance shows you trying to keep things seeming status quo – but inside… things are tricky to untangle.

Daydreams of who you wish you could be are more common.

And then, snap! A feeling of panic and anxiety about what that all might mean washes over you.

Is this how it is going to be forever?

Can you relate?

Sal* has been with his wife for years now and can’t seem to shake the idea that he wants to be intimate with men.

Fern* wakes up every morning wishing to have a more masculine body; the anxiety of what this might mean is crippling. Fern is doing poorly at work and is isolating from friends.

Alyssa* is excited to be seeing progress from HRT, but she isn’t sure about coming out to her family this winter. She is from a very conservative background and worries about how things will go.

Blake* needs a letter for surgery and has been putting it off. He is dreading the whole insurance process and is looking for someone to do things in one session.

100% Authentic…

Imagine for a moment that you could live that dream life.

The one where you are 100% your authentic self, all the time, without all that intense anxiety and fear.

How about feeling confident in your body and mind where the status quo is congruent, euphoric, or even just average?

With therapy, it is possible to untangle the garbled words and have a space to talk out the “unsayable.”

Topics such as an affirming name, pronouns, coming out, hormones, surgery, sexual desires, and polyamory (to name a few) are embraced topics.

Today is your day to reach out for support. You’ve been thinking about it for a long time, and living the life you dream of doesn’t have to wait any longer.

Your authentic life is waiting.

Hi, I’m

Kassondra.

Finding someone who “gets it” can sometimes be a big challenge when looking for a therapist. As a queer-identified person, I seek to support my community from within.

I have spent a good number of years working toward my authentic self and acknowledge the hard work and grit this can take. You aren’t alone on this journey.

In sessions, the work we do together will be rooted in a nonjudgmental and compassionate approach, with a dash of humor when appropriate. My goal is that you will feel comfortable to speak about whatever is on your mind.

The path isn’t a one-size-fits-all, and it isn’t an easy road all the time. Yet with therapy onboard, the words that have been lost will come easily to you – and your confidence will come alive.

You’ve got this!
